Mr. Gebhart was involved in the Creation of the Master Plan and the Architectural Preliminary Design Concept of the 4,305,564 square foot campus for PAAET, and the design the College of Technology Expansion, the first project built employing the new KEO Master Plan. Recently he created a required third concept for the consortium of The Associated Engineering Partnership (TAEP)and Weidleplan, the Olympic Stadium design architects. Unexpectedly the PAAET Committee chose the third concept. Given the complexity of the project Mr. Gebhart teamed with Symmes-Manni-Mckee Associates (SMMA) to assist in the internal planning for the Phase II Design Report. Currently, the project is to be tendered in the spring of 2010.
