Wrenn Residential Complex
The design was conceived as a New England Village, with separate pavilions housing the various functions. The informal entry connects to a three-car garage/laundry/guest suite/mechanical/storage facility, and leads to the kitchen. The formal entry off the auto-arrival court provides a two-level entry sky-lit atrium, with an elegant interconnecting curved stairway to the second floor. The formal guest bath, dining,/living/entertainment zone, is separated from the family areas, by a staging area, containing a bar/serving/storage area between the family living/ dining/kitchen, and breakfast zone. The master bedroom suite with dressing/ bath areas, is located in a separate pavilion connected to the kitchen/family area. The lower level contain a recreation zone with pool/table tennis/golf driving range/bar/storage areas. The exterior landscaping includes a swimming pool/spa, putting green, and a pond which is dammed from an existing active stream.
